At Paws & Cubs Co., we want you and your pets to love every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds once an order has been placed and processed. This applies to all products in our store.
Returns — 30-Day Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Email us at coastboundmedia@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at coastboundmedia@outlook.com within 2 days of receiving the item with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original within the 30-day window and place a new order.
Paws & Cubs Co. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
