Shipping Policy

At Paws & Cubs Co., we work hard to get your order to you and your pets as quickly as possible. Please read below for everything you need to know about shipping.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or Australian public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia: 4–14 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, high demand periods, or customs processing for international orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to follow your parcel's progress. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at coastboundmedia@outlook.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at coastboundmedia@outlook.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
